Our isle's capital gem, Valletta, is abuzz with last-minute preparations for the second edition of the Valletta Film Festival, which shall be inaugurated later this evening.

Over the next 9 days, the city shall be transformed into an outdoor cinema as over 40 films from across the globe will be screened in 5 different locations, including in the open-air Pjazza Teatru Rjal designed by archistar Renzo Piano. 

With the convenient water taxi running between Valletta and The Three Cities until midnight each night, a dash of film culture on Birgu's doorstep will undoubtedly make your explorations of our magical isle even more interesting this month.
